Quail eggs are full of nutrition, more so than chicken eggs. They are considered a dietary food, containing no bad cholesterol (LDL) but only the good cholesterol (HDL), 13% protein (vs the 11% in the chicken), 140 micrograms of vitamin A (compared to the 50 micrograms in the chicken egg), twice as much vitamin A and B2, and five times iron and potassium than chicken eggs. The phosphorus and calcium levels are high as well. Start your day with 3-5 quail eggs, and build up your immune system!
